Plot synopsis

Deep in the jungle lies the orphanage Junglehome, supervised by Father Morra, brother of president Luaga. A war in a neighboring country a band of deserters called The Irregulars show up but are kept at bay by staff members with rifles. Father Morra himself rides to the Deep Woods to ask for help from the Phantom. He is unavailable but a message is sent to the president. The president explains that he is not allowed to send troops to the area but his son and his daughter-in-law go to the Deep woods to call out for the Phantom.

The Phantom is on a plane when he finally receives the request for help from Luaga. He borrows a parachute, then jumps out of the plane holding Devil. Arriving at the presidential palace, Luaga tells him that the Jungle orphanage is under attack by The Irregulars. Luaga arranges for a helicopter to fly the Phantom to the orphanage. The thugs are just about to attack the orphanage when the Phantom shows up, incapacitates them one by one and saves the children of the orphanage.
