The Irregulars is a band of deserters that have caused trouble in the jungle.
Fictional Character Biography
According to the Newspaper strip
Their leader is Whaley and among the members are Jim, Ted and Brad. They are deserters from a war in a country next to Bangalla. They fled into the jungles of Bangalla, and invaded Father Morra's Jungle Home.

There are six members of the Irregulars: Whaley, Brad, Ted, Whiskey, Luigi and Bull.
