Phantom #213 was a regular issue in Bastei's Phantom magazine series for the German market, published in 1982.
Unsold copies of this issue were later glued together with other issues and sold as Phantom Super-band #1055 with a new outside cover. This issue presented the winning story of a competition that Michael Frommer had won previously.
