Fiction Character Biography
Dick was loyal to Kigali Lubanga during the election when he defeated Lamanda Luaga. After the election, Luaga brought evidence against Lubanga to Dick, but when Luaga noticed the same Snake symbol in Dick's office that Lubanga's henchmen wore, he realized that Dick could not be trusted. Hunted He died after a cult meeting when a building collapsed. The Snake Cult, Part 2
