The '''El Fantasma 63 (Colmex) cover''' was derived from artwork by [[Sy Barry]]. It was originally intended as the '''Phantom 29 (King) cover''', but was never published in USA because the series was cancelled there with #28. The only use of this artwork as front cover was therefore in Mexico.

The original artwork and color guide for this cover were published in ''[[The Complete Series: The King Years]]''.
