The El Fantasma 63 (Colmex) cover was derived from artwork by Sy Barry. It was originally intended as the Phantom 29 (King) cover, but was never published in USA because the series was cancelled there with #28. The only use of this artwork as front cover was therefore in Mexico.
The original artwork and color guide for this cover were published in The Complete Series: The King Years.
