Plot synopsis

Contains origin story. The Phantom is returning to the Skull Cave when he comes across a woman who claims to have been picked up by hawks. When the Phantom comes across a horse-rider with the same story, he puts the pieces together and discovers the Hawk Master, who has plans for revenge on the Dictator General who kidnapped his wife.
