Plot synopsis
The Phantom is on an airplane heading for Bengali, with stopovers in San Diablo and in Miami, when he meets a young boy, Jorge. The boy is being escorted to San Diablo to live there with his uncle, General De Guzman, who just happens to be a ruthless dictator there.
