It is very hard to tell how these covers relate to each others, we should seek information from someone who knows. However, there has before been cases when covers have been inspired by earlier covers or repainted; Fantomen 10/1989 cover is based upon Fantomen 11/1977 cover. My basic recomendations is these: have any new artwork been added, it should be given a new article, have it only been recolored, it could remain with the old article.
