Sean Davidson (played by Ron Lea in the pilot) is a detective Sgt. policeman in New York and the father of Renny Davidson, the love interest of the 22nd Phantom.
Fictional Character Biography
He is a detective sgt. in New York with a daughter who works as a paramedic. One day, he let an arrest go after his daughters persuation. The arrest is Chris Moore and is soon dating with Renny.
One day, Chris disappears and Davidson is persuaded by his daughter to open a murder investigation. Chris, whose real name is Kit Walker, finds out and immediately realizes the danger that the Davidsons are in and arrives to New York to try and make Davidson quit the investigation, but everything gets awry as Davidson is shot by his own partner.
At Mount Sinai Hospital, another assasination attempt is thwarted before he and his daughter comes under the protection of the Phantom and is brought to safety in Bangalla. Being associated with the Phantom, Davidson becomes the victim of a smearing campaign and sacked, however, after the Phantom has averted an assasination, his name is restored and he and his daughter returns to New York.
