Rafe Dobson is a former prisoner of Boomsby.

Fictional Character Biography

Rafe Dobson was involved in a diamond heist that The Phantom ended, and sentenced to prison in Boomsby. His accomplice Jerry was presumed dead, but the jewels were never found. Dobson spent most of his sentence in solitary confinement, mostly to hide from constant assassination attempts. When he got out, he organized a crew and hired Caleb Kagoda to retreive the diamonds that were hidden in a lake. But The Phantom intervened, and it was revealed that Jerry had survived and already taken the diamonds. Jerry was responsible for the assassination attempts and had spent most of the diamonds already. Dobson was sent back to Boomsby again, along with Jerry and the rest of the crew.
