Prince Vlad is the leader of the Little People. He enlists the 21st Phantom’s help to rescue his fiancée Melodee who has been captured by a mountain Baron. The Phantom saves her and Prince Vlad and Melodee get married. The Little Ones. Subsequently they have a son whom they name Nikki which means Little Phantom in their language Blackie.
