Liv Jacobsen is a Norwegian cover artist and colorist.
Biography
Jacobsen painted her first Fantomet cover in 1990, thereby most likely making her the first woman to produce official Phantom artwork. Since then she has contributed to many covers, but mainly as a colorist for Boro.
