L'Uomo Mascherato is an Italian TV series produced in 1978 as a segment of SuperGulp! Fumetti in TV for the TV channel RAI 2.
History
The series was an adaptation of "The Sky Band" in five parts under the title "La Banda Aerea".
The adaptation used very limited animation and was based on the original artwork by Ray Moore, colored with red costume. Despite the fact that voice actors and narrators were used, there were also speech bubbles showing the Italian text.
The series was photographed by Giorgio Castrovillari, and the artwork was adapted by Francesco Guido Gibba. Music was by Pino Calvi.
