Fictional character biography
Colonel Kanga was Chief of the Bengali Security Police when Lamanda Luaga was president. However, he was actually working for Kigali Lubanga and helped him win the election. Election in Bengali Pt 1: The Challenger Pt 2: The Loser
He was appointed minister of Lubanga's government, and seized control of the Jungle Patrol. That operation was a failure, and Lubanga forced Kanga to take public responsibility for the scandal and commit suicide. Duel on Destiny Top Pt 1 Pt 2 He was succeeded by Rashid. Fire in the Blood
