Plot synopsis

To the Llongo village on the Bengali river comes a fishing vessel and its captain demands that the Llongo sell all fish to him. Captain Hugg and his men steal all the fish they can find which means that the Llongo do not have any fish to sell to the Wambesi. When the Wambesi declare war on Llongo, the Phantom must stop an imminent jungle war and deal with the pirates who operate a fishing fleet off the coast of Bengali.
