Plot synopsis
U.N is funding to build a dam in Brazil. Diana is in Rio de Janeiro in connection to that. Phantom comes to Rio to spend some time with Diana. But there are attempts to sabotage the project. First all members of the expedition team to the reservoir site gets killed except for one and then the sole survivor gets abducted.An attempt on the life of the construction head is made and phantom's timely intervention saves his life. The plot thickens with an attempt to blow up the dam with a train full of dynamite is mate. Just when the identity of the saboteur is revealed, it comes to light that he had abducted the daughter of the construction head. For phantom, it's the race against time to saver her life.
