Plot summary

The leader of the Singh Brotherhood, Dogai Singh, is missing and the top brass of the brotherhood meet to elect a new leader; the two front runners are Dowlah and Golai. Riding in the mountains, the Phantom is captured by the Singh Brotherhood, temporarily blinded. Using mistrust between the two factions and their fear of the Phantom, he manage to free himself and conquer the Brotherhood once again.
