==Plot synopsis==
In [[Rodia]], [[Nelson N'Dela]] is sworn in as the country's new president. Members of the former [[Rodian Security Service]] have fled to France and are murdering wealthy ex-Rodians, staging them like the new government of Rodia is responsible.
